The Lessor collects and processes the Lessee's personal data (surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address, payment information, etc.) solely for the purposes of:

• managing booking requests,
• drawing up the contract and invoices,
• communicating before, during, and after the stay,
• complying with legal obligations (e.g., tourist tax declaration, police information form).

This data:

• is only kept for as long as necessary for the above purposes (maximum 3 years for commercial data, 10 years for accounting data),
• is only transmitted to essential third parties (e.g. payment platform, accountant, local authorities if necessary),
• is not resold to third parties for commercial purposes.

The Tenant has the following rights:

• right of access to their data,
• right of rectification or erasure,
• right to restrict or object to processing,
