On the ground floor , a garage to secure your personal belongings (skis, bikes, sports equipment and a cloakroom to put on or take off shoes and jackets whatever the season.

Upstairs , 3 bright bedrooms with double bed 160x200 cm equipped with cupboard with shelves and wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, one associated with one of the bedrooms with shower and single sink; the other with shower, bathtub and double sink. From the landing, 1 separate WC accessible directly from the sleeping area.

On the second floor , a cathedral living room offering a breathtaking view of the Pic de la Saume and the Font Sancte, a cozy lounge area and dining room to welcome all guests in a warm setting. Opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, you have all the latest generation household appliances to prepare and share convivial meals. The laundry room with its washing machine and dryer gives access to a second WC from the living area.

Finally, the mezzanine suspended over the cathedral living room offers a space for isolation or concentration to rest, read, meditate or telework depending on the time of day.

• Maximum capacity is 6 adults (aged 12 and over). Adding extra or inflatable beds to increase sleeping capacity is not permitted.
• No animals of any kind are allowed.
• Non-smoking and non-vaping accommodation : the accommodation is entirely non-smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
• Respect for the area and the neighborhood : As the chalet is located in a residential area, activities that could affect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood are prohibited. Parties and musical evenings are also not permitted. Furthermore, occupants must ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood at all times of the day.
