Internal regulations

The maximum capacity is 6 adults. The addition of extra or inflatable beds to increase sleeping capacity is not permitted.

Animals of any kind are not allowed.

Non-smoking and non-vaping accommodation:
The accommodation is entirely non-smoking and electronic cigarettes are not permitted.

Respect for the place and the neighborhood:
As the chalet is located in a residential area, activities that could affect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood are prohibited. Parties and musical evenings are also not permitted. Furthermore, occupants must ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood at all times of the day.

Electric vehicle charging:
The chalet has a reinforced 3.2 kW single-phase power outlet dedicated to charging electric or hybrid vehicles. The outlet is connected to measure consumption related to vehicle charging: an additional charge of EUR 0.25 incl. VAT / kWh consumed applies on top of the rental. To be paid on site upon departure.
